Pike Road Fire Volunteer Protection Authority

Investment in fire, rescue, and public safety facilities, equipment, and services

The Town of Pike Road is committed to supporting the vital work of our first responders through continued investment in fire, rescue, and public safety facilities, equipment, and services.

In partnership with the Pike Road Volunteer Fire Protection Authority, we have agreed to issue bonds to fund the construction of a new state-of-the-art fire training facility and secondary fire station. This new facility will enhance our growing community’s emergency preparedness and response capabilities.

The site for the project has already been secured at the corner of Mockingbird Lane and Wallahatchie Road, directly across from Fire Station 1, allowing for operational efficiency and expanded service coverage in the area.
